I started questionable ladies years ago as a kid when a teacher showed us how to use letters to start a drawing. One day I drew a question mark on a piece of paper. To me it looked like piece of hair turning into a nose with the bottom of the ? a mouth. All I did was draw a diagonal line at the top, add some feathers or lines and two arcs and some lashes and I had the beginning of a character. I learned later in a book about cartoons I wasn't the first. I don't want to steal an idea that has been around longer than the how to book on cartoons, but I couldn't help wanting to embellish the idea even further. I began again on photoshop with different fonts and ? marks. Suddenly I had a group of Questionable Ladies.
